Christmas Puzzles

We certainly have a big love for paper, but to have our artwork printed on a product?! Well, we are over the moon excited. We partnered with True South Puzzle Company, based in Nashville, to design 2 Christmas Puzzles. First up is Santa’s Home Town. It’s a dreamt up town of elves and jolly critters and of course Saint Nick himself. Each piece is drawn by hand then watercolored, then scanned so there is great detail. Our favorite part though is probably these fun ornaments. We really wanted to create a border to help puzzle-people get a good start on this 1000 piece pastime.

Next up is our Christmas Traditions puzzle. An Advent calendar with familiar scenes of the holidays. Again, we watercolored each section and then created a golden border to house each idea. I love the jewel tone colors on this one. And this puzzle is perfect for kids. They can each pick a scene, like the nutcracker on stage, and start piecing together. What a joy to work on this special project!

Dixie Holiday Tastemaker

We loved working with Dixie Design again on their Tastemaker Series. See full article here

“Jane Scott was paired with Dixie artist duo Tenn Hens who created the emblems and embellishments for her cards. Bonnie Cross and Currier Stevens of Tenn Henspulled their inspiration from the Delcambre embroidery styles found on some of Jane Scott's linens. Bonnie and Currier were drawn to the vintage and delicate feel of the Delcambre emblems and felt that the dots made the design feel festive. Also, after seeing images of Jane Scott's New Orleans home decorated for the holidays, they loved the idea of using a rich jewel tone on the artwork similar to what is found in her holiday decor.”
